    Last week members of the Victorian Ski Club made a trip across the snow-covered Bogong High Plains, from Omeo to Bright. Members of the party at the cairns on Basalt Hill, halfway between Fitzgerald's Hut and Dibbin's Hut, near Mount Cope. From left to right the figures are:—Messrs. G. V. Rush, K. Gibson, E. Robinson, A. Vanderstoel, and Dr. Yoffa. On arrival at Wallace's Hut they found that the snow had entered it, and the floor was covered to a depth of 2ft. as it was impossible to camp there, they pushed on to Dibhin's Hut.
