    After a passage from Colombo direct, the Orient liner Oronsay reached Port Melbourne early on Saturday morning; she was delayed by Customs officials and health inspectors until the afternoon, berthing at Prince's Pier after 2 o'clock. A large crowd waited with admirablo patience, but no one was permitted to go on board. On the wharf was a train of luggage vans waiting to take tho luggage of passengers for Adelaide and Fremantle, who had been overcarried. One of the vans may be seen on the right of the photograph.
