In connection with the opening yesterday of the All-Australian Anglican Church Congress a procession of Church dignitaries, in their surplices and vestments, marched with their banners from the Cha[?]er House by way of Swanston street to the great western door of St. Paul's Cathedral in Flinders street. On the right is a view of the procession wending its way through the crowd of spectators.
