This vessel is being built by the State Implement Works at the South Wharf, Fremantle. The work when completed will provide-two extra berths for steamers. Modern wharf construction now demands the use of concrete piles, and there are large stacks of these now at Fremantle in connection with the work at present in progress. (A. Orloff, N.
