    THE REBUILDING OF PERTH—ST. GEORGE'S HOUSE, TO BE ERECTED IN ST. GEORGE'S TERRACE FOR MILLARS' KARRI AND JARRAH COMPANY. Within the last few months a grent fillip has been given to the building trade. Warehouses, shops, and residences aro being erected in every direction. On the site of the old "Morning Herald" newspaper offices. Millars' Karri and Jarrah Co. Ltd., have started the erection of a fine building, which will have a frontage of 136ft, to the Terr[?]. The premises, which will consist of a basement, a ground, first, second, third, and fourth floors, and a flat roof, will cost nearly £60,900, and are being crected from plans prepared by Messrs.
