Mr Parsons came from the Wimmera (Vic.) district, after having sold his property of 900 acres at £6 15s. per acre. His present farm, which is situated about two miles from Narrogin, consists of 800 acres, and cost £3 per acre. Mr Parsons brought to the State eight beautiful draught mares, which were bred by him in the Wimmera district. He will have 300 acres under crop this season, and is sowing 200 acres with gr[?]ses. Mr. Parsons is well pleased with his prospects, and regrets that he did not come to Western Australia a few years earlier, as he can see a good future for the man who practices mixed farming ...
