    This photograph, taken on Monday, shows the building on the corner of Way mouth and King William streets, from which the newspaper has been issued since February, 1869. The tall structure on the right was completed a little more than three years ago. Sir Langdon Bonython, the sole proprietor, sold the "Advertiser" and associated papers for £1,250,000. Melbourne financiers, at the head of which is Mr. W.L. Baillien, were responsible for the purchase. ... [ILLUSTRATED]
