    THE STORY SO FAR.—Alan Dundas, a young vinegrower, discovers a mysterious metal structure underground while digging a water-hole on his property. In this structure is a great door which resists all efforts to open it. Hidden in the wall beside the door he finds a [?] contining four small metal knobs. Touching one, he is thrown violently to the ground. The knobs are charged with a tremendous voltage of electricity.
