    This graph shows the pronounced changes in water storages in South Australia in the post 12 months. Thetotal supplies in the various areas yesterday are represented by the stippled portions, those for the corresponding date a year earlier being indicated by shading. Metropolitan supplies have decreased by nearly one half, while country reservoirs generally are only about a quarter full. The graph, made available by the Commissioner of Public Works (Mr. McIntosh), stresses the need for the public to heed official requests for conserving supplies. ... [ILLUSTRATED]
