Pressure Movements.-- The high pressure as a whole has moved about 700 miles eastward in the past 24 hours, and wheeled still further round, so that its major axis now runs in N.E. to S.W. direction. The rear isobars of this system now lie over the eastern Bight, and the centre is just off the extreme S.E. corner of the continent, but has lost slightly in barometric values.
