    Three Royal Commissioners, in solemn conclave, have been sitting throughout the week deciding on the point of whites humanity, or inhumanity, to blacks. The Commissioners are Warden Finnerty, the first warden of the W.A. goldflelds, “Mulga” Taylor, M.L.A., and acting-Protector and Fisherman C. F. Gale. On May 28,1906, the Government sent a party out to try and discover a stock route from Kimbertey, in the Nor-West, to Wiluna, in the East Murchison.
