Advertising : 1 words'To-morrow afternoon the Chief Engineer of the Queensland Radio Service, Mr. F. W. Stevens, will carry out a novel radio "stunt." Hp will climb to the top of one of the till aerial lowers' of 4QG, situated on the roof of the State Insurance Building, taking a microphone with him. There he will describe the metropolis as he sees it. That he will have a wonderful and unique view is evident from the photograph above, and from those printed in page 12 of this issue. These photographs were specially secured yesterday afternoon from the same tower as that which Mr. Stevens will use, by the "Standard's" own photographer. The picture above gives a sweeping view of the scene to the north of the radio station, showing the main portion of the city blocks in the foreground. Readers will easily pick out the chief landmarks, and will note how diminutive "skyscrapers" like the T. and G. Building, Perry House, and Ascot House seem when viewed from this lofty point. This photograph, and those on pane 12,should prove a useful aid to listeners to the novel radio talk to-morrow, especially as Mr. Stevens will have coples of these ... [ILLUSTRATED]
