Proclamation Day was obser ed at Glenelg on Friday. December 28, under the brightest and best auspices, for the weather was ideal; there was a huge crowd of holidaymakers at the seaside resort, quatic and land sports provided interest and amusement for participant and spectators, and all entered thoroughly into the spirit of the day.
