 
    This is a group of Australian wounded soldiers who took part in the memorable first landing on Gailipoli Peninsula. It was taken at No. 2 Australian Hospital, Mena, and shows our brave lads smiling through their troubles. The photograph was forwarded by Private C. G. Wightman (who was wounded in two places), to his father, in Adelaide. Mr. Wightman has shown the picture to several, who have been able to recognise friends in the group. ... [ILLUSTRATED]
