There was a remarkably comprehensive d isplay of flowers at the South Australian Horticultural and Floricultural Society's spring show at the Jubilee Exhibition on Saturday, October 19, and, generally speaking, the standard of quality was par ticularly gratifying. Our composite shows—1 and 3, the champion H.P. (Robert D uncan) and H.T. or T. (Maman Crochet) roses, grown by Mr. J. G. Balfour; 2, Mr E. V.
