Our photographs show the finishes of some of the principal events last Saturday, and snapshots of groups on lawn and stands. On the left Desert Gold (W. H. McLachlan) is seen winning the Governor's Plate -in hollow fashion from Wallace Isinglass and Lingle. On the right Eusebius (H. Cairns) is seen administering a neck defeat to Stratus (F. Dempsey), with Whittader half a length away. The bottom picture shows Blackwood (F. Bullock) leading home Wishing Cap and Bronzetti in the Autumn Handicap. ... [ILLUSTRATED]
