The Queen and the Duke delighted patients at Heidelberg Military Hospital yesterday with an encouraging smile or a cheery word or two. They walked informally through the wards and between lines of invalids in wheel chairs in the hospital grounds. These patients, above, returned brave smiles to the Royal Couple.
