THE following message was cabled during the week:—General Castelnau, when conversing with the British Minister in Athens, said he considered the Allies' position at Salonica to be absolutely impregnable. General Castelnau has left Athens, but will return. Speaking at a luncheon, General Castelnau said:—"My only fear is that the enemy may not attack us, hut if they do they will get a reception—not such as when they tried to call on me at Nancy." It is reported from Athens that Bulgarian newspapers state that Dr. Radoslavoff, the Premier, declared that the campaign in Macedonia had ended. ... [ILLUSTRATED]
