Coronation was sold at auction by Senate, Bell, Badgery, Lumby Ltd., to F. S. Falkiner and Sony Pty., Ltd., [?] for 520 guineas. He was bred in the Dalkeith stud of F. D. McMaster Pty. Ltd., and bears a striking resemblance to David of Dolkeith, bred in the same stud, and sold to Messrs. Falkiner and Son some years age it 5000 guineas. At the recent Sydney Sheep Show Coronation came first in the three-year-old medium-wool class end won the championship of his section, the judge of which, Mr. Olway Falkiner, was his actual buyer at the sales. For two special stud rams at auction Dalkeiih averaged £341. Privately, a three- year-old sire. The Laird, was sold to C. W. B[?] South Australia for 7000 guineas. ... [ILLUSTRATED]
