    Who sailed for England by the P. and O. steamer Moldavia yesterday on a very important Imperial mission, having been mailed by the British Government to act as a member of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in dealing with certain difficulties of constitutional law arising out of the Irish boundaries dispute. A similar invitation has been forwarded to the Chief Justices of Canada and South Africa.
