"Quality Street." by Sir James Barrie, was acted very charmingly at Normanhurst School Ashfield, on three evening recently. It is Perhaps, easier for young people to get this than ftor more professional actors. Anyway the curious mixture of pathos and h[?]ur which distinguishes the play was greatly enjoyed by a large audience. Miss Denning made a very "dishing" hero, and Miss Jean Stephens a sweet Miss Pho[?]e. Miss Marcia Gra[?] was most amusing as the He[?]ruiting setgea[?]t. The dances were arranged by Miss Helms. and the play was produced by Miss S.I. S[?]achan. ... [ILLUSTRATED]
