    AT THE ADMIRAL'S BALL—THE FINALE TO THE FLEET'S VISIT TO MELBOURNE. To commemorate the visit of the fleet to Australian waters, and in recognition of Melbourne hospitality, Admiral Cooniz gave a farewell ball, transferring his flag for the occasion to the Pennsylvania, and so numerous were the invitations issued that two other vessels (the Oklahoma and the Nevada) were commissioned.
