    Delegates of the Australasian Provincial Press Association visited Western Australia to hold their annual conference last month. Representatives were present from each State—the Association representing 750 newspapers. The conference was opened by the Premier, Sir James Mitchell, at the Savoy Hotel, Perth, and, with the attendant functions, proved one of the most notable and successful gatherings yet held by the A.P.P.A.
