  2. PRESSMEN OF TWO STATES HOLD THEIR ANNUAL CONFERENCES.

    GROUP OF MEMBERS OF NEW SOUTH WALES COUNTRY PRESS ASSOCIATION AND FRIENDS. The twenty-fourth Annual Conference of the Association was held in Sydney recently, and was one of the most successful gatherings yet held. On Saturday, 13th inst., the Government placed at the disposal of the members a special train for 200 to Katoomba, where the Pressmen were welcomed by Sir Joynton Smith, and were his guests for luncheon and tea.
