    THE above pictures were taken by a "Sydney Mail" representative, who went westward from Brisbane towards the Warrego. At Charleville, 483 miles from Brisbane, the railway turns southward to C[?]amulla. The photographs show inspections by buyers of sheep and cattle. As in the country districts of New South Wales, the motor car is displacing the old-time buggy. At the station illustrated three cars are kept in readiness for the use of buyers. Westward one may travel (but not by rail) ahother 500 miles before coming to the South Australian border. There the traveller comes in contact with camel teams. ... [ILLUSTRATED]
