    THESE PEOPLE ARE ALL BREAKING THE LAW in the Botanic Gardens. In fact, few people enter the Gardens nowadays without unwittingly breaking at least one of the by—laws of the Gardens. Pictures here show: • This girl felt like a nap-and in doing so she infringed a regulation which says no one must stretch out on lawns or seats. • Swans shouldn't be molested-but they're quite used to being chased now. • This young stroller helped himself to some flowers. • Smoking in the Gardens is definitely contrary to regulations.
