This is a favourite walk with visitors to the Blue Mountains, who do not consider that they have "done" the Mountains thoroughly if they have been unable to include it in their expeditions. The track descends the abrupt lace of the cliffs near Wentworth Falls by a series of semi-circular winding steps cut in the sides of a precipice, with small hand-rails of piping as a protection to the traveller making the descent. Then the path runs through a forest of ferns and shrubs under gigantic rocks and past various waterfalls. Here and there are look-outs presenting views marked by grandeur and sublimity. The ...
