The shearing season in New South Wales, which started in the drier areas in August, will soon be over. At present operations are confined to the colder country, the shearers gradually working south. It is many years since we have, had such a good season, and the clips now on the market are mostly of splendid quality. The wool is well grown and full of condition, and, in addition, is freer from dirt than usual.
