  5. A RECORD LOAD OF WHEAT.

    The load of wheat shown in our illustration consists of 131 bags, weighing 15 tons, and was drawn by the owner, Mr. J. Meale, Murrulebale, to the Old Junee railway station, a distance of 14 miles. As the illustration will show there were ten hoives in the team. The waggon adds 2 tons 12cwt. to the load. Old Junee (on the South-western line) 8 one of the busiest wheat centres in the State, and the above was the heaviest load ever drawn into the railway yard there. ... [ILLUSTRATED]
