  3. INTERSTATE TOURISTS ENJOY A DAY AT NEWCASTLE

    Another company of interstate tourists on the Dimboola spent the day in Newcastle yesterday, and various parties were made up to visit different parts of the district. Most of the visitors congregated alter at the Town Hall, where they were assured of their welcome to the city. The top picture show a group of those who made hurried inspection of the industrial activities at Port Waratah. The other group assembled at the Town Hall entrance in Wheeler Place at the close of a tour rouind the Lake. The Tourist Bureau Director, Mr. F. J. Cahill, is in the centre of the picture.
