The plan speaks for itself[?] and hardly needs any explanation. Except to add that since the construction of the Hume dam, the officers of the N.S.W. Water Commission have been, through the years, gathering data for various schemes for the utilisations of the Hume waters, and that the complete idea, as a result of their efforts stands revealed as above.
