    A scheme formulated by the Major of Woollahra provides for a redistribution of the wards. The adoption of the scheme would result in Bellevue Hill "proper" being added to Edgecliff Ward, and Woollahra Point and Point Piper, at present part of Bellevue Ward, being added to Double Bay Ward.
