IN to-day's issue we welcome Ald. George Davies and Mrs. Davies an Mayor and Mayoress of Katoomba, and heartily congratulate them on their re-appointment to office. The new Mayor is father of the Council, having been connected with the civic life of the community since the inception of the Municipality.
