  3. Sunny South Retains 14 Ft. Dinghy Cup For S.A.

    WITH THE WIND TUGGING AT HER SAILS and the white foam washing over her how, the victorious Sunny South acted as pacemaker in the final of the 14-ft. dinghy championship at Grange yesterday. The skipper (O. J. O'Grady) attributes the success' to the outrigger carried on the starboard side. In the second heat the outrigger plank broke and W. S. Rymill, one of the crew, was pitched into the water. The dinghy stopped until he climbed on board. This picture was taken during the race when Sunny South was leading from White Cloud (W.A.), with Silver Spray (S.A.), in the rear. ... [ILLUSTRATED]
