    ACTIVE SERVICE CONDITIONS EXIST AT SEYMOUR CAMP, where 1000 officer, N.C.O's and men of the 4th Infantry Brigade have teached the concluding stages of their annual eight days' course of training. When they break camp today another voluntary detachment will replace them.
