    NELSON'S FAMOUS MESSAGE ECHOED ACROSS A SPAN OF 124 YEARS, and still carried the same vital meaning to the 18 officers and 403 men who yesterday paraded at Flinders Naval Depot to commemorate his victory and death at Trafalgar.
