    ON DIZZY HEIGHTS DWARFING SURROUNDING BUILDINGS AND FAR ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE CLOCK TOWER of Flinders-street station, Mr. Clements Langford was involved in a perilous climb yesterday, when he mounted to the absolute summit of one of the completed spires of St. Paul's Cathedral and provided the finishing touch.
