    LIKE A GHOST SHIP FROM THE PAST CAME A FINNISH BARQUE INTO THE BAY just as day merged into night on Wednesday, and anchored off Gellibrand. She is the barque Herzogin Cecilie, the world’s fastest sailing ship, and hundreds paused to watch her speeding along with every sail set. It was a romantic sight they will never forget.
