Wish his battered hat set at a jaunty angle, he puffed his old pipe while human beings romped round him in carefree holiday mood. Holiday-makers at Buffalo are lucky, for there is a thick, soft carpel of snow, and winter sports are in full swing. Conducted parties are popular, and most of the snowman’s admirers are members of a party which arrived at Buffalo over the week-end.
