    THE INQUEST ON THE DEATH OF FOUR MEN killed by the partial collapse, on April 24, of the steel and concrete building being erected in Swanston-street for the British-Australasian Tobacco Co. Ltd., was begun yesterday. The inquiry is expected to last at least a week. This is a hitherto unpublished picture of the scene, taken immediately after the collapse. In the centre of the debris two bodies were found. Inset are four of the big number of witnesses who will give evidence.
