    Much interest was taken in the aeroplane shown above, which passed through Benalla last Saturday afternoon. It is the "Liola," a 14-passenger 'plane, which had been damaged at Canberra, and was being taken by road to Melbourne. The main body of the four-engined machine was on a trailer, being pulled by a truck attached to the tail portion of the 'plane, the trucks carrying the wings and dismantled portions of the engines, etc. The body had a span of 16 feet of the roadway. The drivers had difficulty in negotiating bridges, etc., en route. A halt was made at Euroa for the night, and the journeyed, was resumed at an early hour on Sunday morning. ... [ILLUSTRATED]
