    Dealing with the history of Camden, reference is made in this issue to the late James Pearson being Camden's first postmaster, in 1841, he previously holding a similar position at Cawdor. On his death Mrs. Pearson carried on as Postmistress, and the building here shown was her residence and the Post Office.
