    A novel form of umnement has been tried in Swizerland, with excelent results. Racing la any and every form appeals to the avenge person, and the Swiss conceived the idea of fixing ski-like runners to a trotting jinker. The horses were properly shod to prevent slipping on the frozen snow, and some very fast times resulted. This new form of racing is to be a fixed iteln in all winter sports in Switzerland. ...
