    Mr. Jack Lyons, of Lyons Bros., Lane Cove River, making the first glider flight in Australia at Box Hill, near Windsor, yesterday. The glider was towed about 50 yards by a motor car, then released, and it took to the air like a bird. Mr. Lyons flew for about 700 yards at an altitude of 60 to 70 feet in a dead ground calm.
