    IMPOSING CEREMONIAL PARADE BEFORE THE PRINCE OF WALES.—Thousands of Londoners saw 13,000 officers and men of the Metropolitan Police inspected in Hyde Park on May 25 by the Prince of Wales, who afterwards headed the vast procession to Buckingham Palace, where, with Lord Byng, the Chief Commissioner, and other officials, His Royal Highness took the salute at the main gate.
