    Some day there may be a fast service of trains to the Blue Mountains. Jaded city people picture it and hope for it. In the meantime there is to be an end to the terror of the Glenbrook Tunnel. It is 704 yards long on a grade of 1 in 30, up which the train laboriously crawls while passengers stifle. A new line, which will miss the tunnel, is nearly completed. There will be a tunnel, but it will be only 308 yards long on a grade of 1 in 60—so better times are in store for mountaineers. ... [ILLUSTRATED]
