    The picture by Mr. Percy F. S. Spence of the arrival of the Australian. Fleet in Sydney is to be presented to the King on behalf of a few Sydney citizens, who defrayed the cost of its production. Mr. Spence is now on his way to England, and, in the arrangements for the presentation, Mr. David Fell will be associated with him. It is proposed to provide by public subscription for a replica of the picture to be placed in the National Gallery at Sydney.
