  • Frances Line, controller of Radio 2, heads the BBC's most consistently successful radio station. The station has gained a 13.4% share of national radio listeners, and has managed to face up to strong competition. She has established a warm relationship with her staff, but has a strong character and extensive experience in broadcasting.
