  • Includes measured allotments, landowners, watercourses, a 'road to Sydney' and Government reserves.
  • Area: Shows the north eastern part of the Parish of Botany. From the edge of the "Government Reserve", or the area from the southern end of Long Bay going west to Botany Bay, then going north to the boundary of the Parish of Alexandria.
  • "The map of lands in the County of Cumberland which have been transferred to the Trustees of the Clergy and School ... Lands in the Colony of New South Wales"[sic] by deed of grant from the Governor. Dated the third day of February 1829, and registered in the Colonial Secretary's Office in register No 20 pages 49.50.51, Alex. McCleay, Colonial Secretary".

  • Land owners named are T.M.W. Winder, Simeon Lord, Thomas Kellet and John Brown.
