A cropped version of this photo of N.S.W. Chief Justice Sir Philip Street accompanied this special article by Guy Natusch published in the 5 February 1932 edition of The Daily Telegraph:

The occasion was Sir Philip's completion of 25 years as a Supreme Court Judge. This anniversary was also acknowledged in a few other newspapers, and in fact the report published in the previous day's evening edition of The Sun includes a headshot of Sir Philip cropped from this same photograph:

It is presumed that the photo was taken on (or maybe slightly before) 4 February 1932 at Sir Philip's home.

Just a note about the NLA caption on all three of these photos, Sir Philip was not the Lieutenant-Governor of N.S.W. when these photos were taken. He was sworn in to that role on 9 June 1932:
